Romow Directory Review

Romow Directory:

The Romow Directory is a paid submission directory with a valid PR5 ranking in Google.  In my opinion this directory is a bit revolutionary, it’s not just a signup and submit sort of directory.  Although if you wanted to you could definitely benefit by just signing up and submitting your website, the directory has a few more useful features to take advantage of.

When you signup and pay your one time fee your website is listed in their directory forever.  Or as long as the directory, or you site is around for.  The Romow Directory receives quite a bit of traffic as well, so when you submit to their directory, you’re not only getting a valuable link, your getting potential direct visitors as well.  As many of you probably know, usually you don’t get any traffic from submitting a link to a directory, but Romow is a little different.

Because Romow has a sort of blogging system set up, they rank high in Google for certain terms like “online advertising” and “internet marketing center”.  Not to mention all of the content their is to index because of the included blog.

One of the best features of the Romow directory is that, if you don’t want to pay to submit your website to their directory, you can write a guest post on their blog and include a link back to your site.  Which is, in case you were wondering, completely free for you.  It makes sense, they get more content, and you get a link back.  Personally, (although I don’t have statistics to back this up) I think writing a guest post will make your link more visible, and possibly more valuable than an actual paid submission to the directory would.

Affiliate Program:

It might seem like I’ve been writing this post as a bit of a salesman, and that’s because I have been.  Not that anything I’ve said was false, but not only would it be good for you to sign up to this directory, I would make some money from it too!

When you land on the Romow Directory home page, you’ll see a link to the affiliate program at the top of their website.  The Romow affiliate program allows you to earn a commission of 25% on the submission fee paid by anyone you refer.  That means you could make $15-$25 dollars for referring someone to submit one site to this directory.

I predict that over time the affiliate program will be easier to promote, since more and more people are giving the Romow Directory publicity their PR and traffic will increase.  Thus the investment put into purchasing a link will seem even lesser than it is now.

Currently, the price for submitting to this directory might seem a little high.  I do think that the Romow Directory is worth the price though.
