Creatine is a legal bodybuilding supplement that is used to burn fat and build muscle mass.  The thing is, Creatine retains about 30% of water, so most of your muscle gains aren’t permanent, and you aren’t building strength… your just getting bulkier.  The good thing is, when you stop using creatine the water leaves your muscles and leaves some of the nutrients in them, so in the end you really do end up building some strength.
